    UK manufacturing mergers and acquisitions deals jump by a third surpassing pre-pandemic levels

    Advisory firm BDO has found that mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions involving UK manufacturers jumped by almost a third in 2021. This is more surprising that dealmaking surpasses pre-pandemic levels.
