A simple four-step starting playbook

No data science team required. No OT/IT integration project needed to begin.

  1. Identify one repeat decision that is slow, inconsistent, or error-prone. Daily or weekly cadence works best.
  2. Define what data already exists to support it. If it is not captured cleanly and consistently across all shifts, standardise that first. The data work is not a precondition to skip. It is the first use case.
