His Career History in a few words
Mr. Leeder is the founder of Nick Leeder &Co Limited, an organisation helping senior executives navigate digital transformation beyond the buzzwords. In his role, he helps companies define and executive strategies to improve operating margins and drive growth. Projects include an interim C-Suite roles, board advisory positions and collaboations with NGO’s & national government organisations to increase awareness of the economic impact of advanced manufacturing.
Prior to Nick Leeder &Co Limited, Mr. Leeder was the Global Vice President of the Digital Transformation Solutions Field at PTC Inc., a $14B market cap Nasdaq listed business. During his leadership tenure, his organisation acheived market leading growth rates for PTC’s Industrial IoT and Augmented Reality business.
Before PTC, he was globally accountable for the PLM and Industrie 4.0 at SKF AB, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. SKF is a global leader in reliable rotation solutions, with over 44,000 employees globally and over 100 factories in 44 different countries.
At Dyson Limited, he was accountable for the groups transformation in Engineering and Manufacturing, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Leeder has held operational and management positions in Philips and Elekta focused on owning the changes needed to improve the operations and engineering productivity of these organizations.
He also has held leadership roles in Management Consultancies include Accenture, IBM and Deloitte.

He is an internationally recognised thought leader and keynote speaker including events such as the World Manufacturing Forum, Hannover Messe, UK Digital Manufacturing Week and presented with analysts and companies including IDC, Tech Clarity, Microsoft, PTC and Rockwell. Mr. Leeder has had numerous articles and white papers published and regularly participates in a number of industry advisory bodies including the Financial Times and World Economic Forum’s Industry Strategy meetings for Advanced Manufacturing.

Education and Qualifications
Mr. Leeder has a Batchelor of Engineering degree in Product Design and Manufacture from Loughborough University in the UK. He is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Member of Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).
Nick is also a Certified Smart Industry Readiness Index Assessor (CSA).
